Our shipping provider, Australia post, is currently experiencing significant delays as a result of limited staff, social distancing, limited flights, government  restrictions and border closures due to COVID-19. This is currently affecting domestic and international delivery timeframes.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. All domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post via standard parcel post including tracking. Express post is available on checkout. Please note we are located in a rural area therefore next day delivery is not guaranteed.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pick up to Cooma 2630 is available at checkout. Please select 'Pick up" at checkout. You will then receive a message when you order is ready for collection from address given at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. All international orders are shipped with Australia Post via Standard International parcel post with tracking.

PLEASE ALLOW 4-5 WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TO THE UNITED STATES AS AUSTRALIA POST  AND OUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROVIDERS EXPERIENCE SEVERE DELAYS AS A RESULT OF LIMITED STAFF, SOCIAL DISTANCING, REDUCED FLIGHTS, GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS AND CLOSED BORDERS DUE TO COVID-19

RETURNS POLICY

Our 14 Day returns policy helps ensure you will have the best possible shopping experience with us at restore grace! We love styling your home with you!

We are confident that you will love our products, however, we understand that buying homewares items online can be tricky. We are here to help you create your perfect styled look. So, if what you purchased isn’t that perfect colour, texture, or pattern you imagined it would be in your space, contact us and we will happily organise a return for refund or exchange for you.

If you would like to process a return or exchange because our item was not quite right you may return your item/s within 14 days of receiving them. 

Return postage costs on items that are returned are paid for by the buyer. Please note restore grace will only cover the cost of return postage on orders with faults or incorrect orders.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmarked and unused. Any refunds due will be processed within 48hours of restore grace receiving your returned order

Exchanges
If you would like to return an item to exchange for another, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item/s and to send out the new item.

If you would like to receive your exchange as quickly as possible and ensure you avoid an item selling out, once you have received confirmation from us at restore grace about exchanging any product/s, you can place a new order. Returned items will be processed and refunded once we have received them.

Faults and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item has a fault, is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will endeavour to replace or refund the item for you ASAP. Any faults or damages will be resolved on a case by case basis and we will work with you assess the most suitable action required to remedy the issue.
