Thanks for shopping with restore grace. Please read below for all of our shipping information and terms and conditions.

Our shipping provider, Australia post, is currently experiencing significant delays as a result of limited staff, social distancing, limited flights, government  restrictions and border closures due to COVID-19. This is currently affecting domestic and international delivery timeframes.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. All domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post via standard parcel post including tracking. Express post is available on checkout. Please note we are located in a rural area therefore next day delivery is not guaranteed.

LOCAL DELIVERY TO 2630

restore grace are located in Cooma, NSW, Australia. We offer a free local delivery service to postal code 2630. For local delivery simply select 'Local Delivery' at checkout. Your order will then be hand delivered to your nominated address within 1-2 business days.

If you are located in the Snowy Mountains region and are outside of postcode 2630 please proceed with the same checkout process as local delivery and pickup at our warehouse in Cooma can be arranged.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. All international orders are shipped with Australia Post via Standard International parcel post with tracking.

Restore grace offer an alternate shipping upgrade at checkout to INSURED SHIPPING. Only insured parcels will be compensated for damaged or lost mail.

PLEASE ALLOW 4-5 WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TO THE UNITED STATES AS AUSTRALIA POST  AND OUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROVIDERS EXPERIENCE SEVERE DELAYS AS A RESULT OF LIMITED STAFF, SOCIAL DISTANCING, REDUCED FLIGHTS, GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS AND CLOSED BORDERS DUE TO COVID-19

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, VAT, customs duties, handling/brokering fees or other amounts that may be levied by your home country for importing. Check with your Customs Office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.

RETURNS POLICY

15 Day returns Policy

We accept returns for store credit or exchange of items within 15 days of receiving your item.

We understand that buying online for homewares items can be tricky. If you would like to process a return or exchange because our item was not quite right you may return your item/s if you contact us within 15 days of receiving them. 

Restore grace only accept returns in the form of a store credit. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

Return postage costs on items that are returned due to buyers choice are paid for by the buyer. If a store credit is requested, in place of an exchange of items we will only offer you a store credit in the amount of the products purchased and not inclusive of the shipping costs. 

Please note restore grace will only cover the cost of return postage on orders with faults or incorrect orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmarked and unused.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchanges
If you would like to return an item to exchange it for another, the buyer is responsible for the new shipping costs to send out the new item.

If you would like to receive your exchange as quickly as possible and ensure you avoid an item selling out, once you have received confirmation that restore grace will credit your returned product, you may place a new order.

Faults and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item has a fault, is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then assess the issue and offer you a solution asap. It some cases we may ask for photos of the item to be assessed. If this refund, return, or exchange is accepted we will send you a pre-paid postage label to return the faulty item. Once we receive the faulty item back we will process your refund or exchange.

Store Credits
Once we have received your return we will process your exchange or store credit within 48 hours of the return being received. Store credits are valid for 12 months.
