What size cushion covers do you offer?

We offer 45 x 45cm, 55 x 55cm, 38 x 63cm. Sizes will vary, depending on the product. In each product listing, there are size guide images with all the measurements. These are the last photos of each product.

What cushion inserts should I use?

All of our cushion covers, Do not come with inserts. Please see our Insert Recommendations page for where to source.

How do I care for my products?

As all of our fabrics vary, cold hand wash is advised for all restore grace fabrics.

Are restore grace products Australian Made?
All restore grace items are proudly Australian Made Certified and curated, designed and produced in Country NSW.

Do you offer custom orders?
We offer custom orders on some products. Alternate size cushions and pot plant covers can be made on request. Please note, we do not make bench seating.



What are the measurements of your reversible Hessian planter bags
Small -

140mm diameter pot and approx 170mm high (adjustable depending on fold)

Large -

To fit a 200mm diameter pot and approx 220mm high (adjustable depending on fold)

X-Large -

To fit a 300mm diameter pot and approx 270mm high (adjustable depending on fold)

How can I water my plant inside my planter bag?

If over watering your indoor potted plants is a concern for you, simply place a plate or saucer inside your planter bag, underneath your plastic pot. This will catch any water overflow from the plant and also hide the plate or saucer or alternatively remove pot from the planter and water in the sink.



My purchase is a gift, do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, restore grace offers gift wrapping for an additional cost. Simply select this option at checkout. When you select gift wrapping you will be able to view an image of how we gift wrap for you!

How do I purchase a gift card?

We have gift cards available starting at $20.00 AUD.

This card will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Our gift cards contain a link to use via our website that you can email to your recipient or print at home and give to your special someone in person.

The electronic Gift Certificate will include a unique code that can be used to redeem at the checkout. 

Please Note: No physical item will be sent to you.

What payment options are available?

Can I make a purchase online, but collect locally?

Of course!  Free local pick up to Cooma, NSW is available at the checkout. Please select 'Pick up" at checkout. You will then receive a message when your order is ready for collection from the restore grace studio.

The order I received is faulty, what do I do?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item has a fault, is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will endeavour to replace or refund the item for you ASAP. 

Any faults or damages will be resolved on a case by case basis and we will work with you to assess the most suitable action required to resolve the issue.

I want to exchange an item, what is the process?
If you would like to return an item to exchange for another, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item/s and to send out the new item.

If you would like to receive your exchange as quickly as possible and ensure you avoid an item selling out, once you have received confirmation from us at restore grace about exchanging any product/s, you can place a new order. 

Returned items will be processed and refunded once we have received items back.

Please note: There are no refunds, exchanges or returns available on sale items.



Will I be provided with a tracking number?

All of our shipped orders will have a tracking number that you will be emailed. Check your junk / spam folder too!

What happens to return to sender parcels?

Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel comes back to us marked 'return to sender'  there is a $9.95 re-posting fee to you, the buyer to send it to you again.
